Theology,Theologian

Theology– the study of religious faith, practice, and experience; especially :  the study of God and of God’s relation to the world.

Theologian-a person who engages or is an expert in theology.

My question to christians, are you hesitant or afraid of the studying of Theology or a Theologian and their vocation in studying the bible and all manuscripts of Jewish or Christian originality?

Is there theology in my belief of God or theology in my church?

Why or Why not? Is it necessary,is it crucial or is it just what my ‘church’ says is true?
