I had a revelation.(Again)

Well, I have been on a hiatus of sorts. I have been busy with a vacation, a motherly visit from mom and a ponderace of what my desire is, in the last three weeks. But I am back and a ready to go again.

Revealations are funny. They can be good or they can be bad. And sometimes they just come to you by the most awkward time, make you just sit there and let you just talk to yourself, and I would be just in amazement, in my revelation.

I have talked and written the same old things and told people that I read. Alot. My library is full of books of all kinds of topics of Christianity. But what else I have in my library, are bibles, different sizes, colors, shapes, and versions. I have read the whole bible thoroghly maybe 5 times. Now I don’t know if this has any barring on my revelation, but it might.

I am a product of a pastor’s life and home. I am a preacher’s kid. I have heard the “Word” all my life. Either on purpose, or just hearing it throughout my childhood. My ‘learning’ the bible has I think for me has been an ‘internal’ one. What I mean by that, it has been one where I have put the pieces together of everything biblical understanding in my head. I never ‘preached’, talked, or whispered my beliefs per se to anyone. Until about 15 yrs ago.

It is when at this time, I noticed what I had in my head, was not what the ‘local’ church was ‘preaching’! It was something different. There was no meaning to it. No direction. No life. I had questions, more than answers to the message that had shared with me. I was questioning everything with my response of “Why”?

I had queries of the local ministry, of multiple subjects and of even more importantly were the answers that they were giving. I then expanded my questioning of not just the ‘local’ church, but also to the denomination of said church, to see if it was adhering to ‘their’ beliefs. It was a journey to see that the last two ‘denominations’, which were very much alike in their beliefs, were very much ‘saying’ and ‘preaching’ the same thing. I had one of those ‘aha’ moments. It was then that I even expanded more to ‘other’ denominations of christianity to see what ‘they’ were ‘preaching’. It was then, that things or ‘beliefs’, or understandings of the Bible story started to unravel for me, it was an eye-opening moment(not my newest revelation) to realize that there was an different ‘format’ which everyone was using to ‘preach’ the quote ‘message'(gospel). This intrigued me.

It was then, that I realized that not only the message was off, but it was being done in the wrong format. The ‘format’ that I had swirling in my head, did not match the things that I was seeing at the local or denominational level. It was a cookie-cutter model in which it was obviously not working in which it was to be designed.

Let me explain something that might be confusing in what I said. What I was ‘hearing’ and being ‘preached’ to me in my early years of youth and the early adulthood, was my hearing and understanding the ‘storyline’ of the bible was ‘not’ what was being explained or ‘preached’ from my pew seat. Even tho, most of my life’s pew sitting was with my father in the pulpit. I was not ‘seeing’ what most people were ‘hearing’. It was being stored up in my knowledge bank for a complete expounding at a latter time. It was about 15 yrs ago that it finally came out.

I believe that thru all this ‘seeing’ and ‘hearing’ things from various viewpoints that I have seen various things in the scriptures that just don’t add up to the ‘Message'(Gospel). It is then, that I felt like I needed to start saying things to people, thru blogs and random thoughts on social media, to get things rolling with people(christians) to double check their beliefs and their structure in the bible and God. What was the Bible really about? I have had my desenters in my take on my ‘seeing’ things different, than their views, but this was to be expected. The rut that christians have been in, is the cause, and the effect, of being ‘a sunday christian’.

The bible doesn’t say that.

It is so much more. It is a story. It has a storyline that is told in a narrative of God’s people, and their journey thru the annals of time. What is key to this story is the beginning, and the end! They are the same. This should be a clue to us! Every mystery book reader knows this!

It is in this storyline of God’s plan that has befuddled christianity(IMO) and it is not just coming from me, their are other people or groups that are ‘preaching’ this. Narrative stories are designed to ‘tell a story’, ‘tada’! LOL. In this narrative, God is not only telling an historic story but a story of everlasting meaning. This is where I will use a statement that always needs to be said. “The Bible is not written ‘for’ us, but ‘to’ us.! So what this should tell us is that these scriptures from God have to have meaning for alot of generations of people and years of social change to understand it.

It is here that we have change our ‘understanding’ of the scriptures. To express God’s eternal purpose, he has to change it so ‘everyone’ will ‘see’ the meaning and ‘truth’ of his desire. God uses different methods of doing this. God uses ‘types’, ‘symbols’, ‘imagery’, ‘foreshadowing’, ‘metaphors’ and ‘Allegory’.

It is allegory that has been missed in the ‘churches’ hearing in the scriptures.

This is where ‘one’ of my latest ‘revelations’ of the christianity’s downfall has been a glaring feeblemindness. Not ‘seeing’ Allegory in the scriptures. Maybe, just maybe it will come to us, when we have the ‘mud’ wiped off of our ‘eyes’ that we may see it.

The ‘revelation’ that I am saying is that the ‘story’ of the Israelites of being God’s people of Israel, and their subsequent disobedience of ‘worshipping’ Him, by being banished to ‘Egypt'(Babylon, the world), is the allegoric story of mankind as a ‘whole’ that has ‘left’ God for their own ways(worldly), and are now slaves to it. It is then that God pulls his people back to him so that ‘they'(mankind) can worship ‘their’ God.

Exodus 9:13 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Rise up early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh and say to him, “Thus says the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, ” Let my people go, that they may serve Me.

What is our Vocation,Oh Christians?

I find it very relevant for this question to be asked on a daily basis.

We will always have usual answers such as we are to take care of our family,Have a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, but it is when we have achieved this foundation of our ‘Job’ that we sit in our chairs and just enjoy our success. What makes it really bad in God’s eyes, is when we desire all those accessories to go along with basic needs, because we are not content.

I am afraid that this mindset is precipitated by the world, but also our religions. We are proclaiming our ‘fruitfulness’ in our God that says we are ‘blessed’ to be worshiping our God. I personally cringe when people get these xtra toys, or have traveling fancies and go see the world because they are ‘free’ from their humanity obligations. Is this what we are being taught in ‘our’ church’s?

If so, you wonder why God is not achieving his eternal purpose here on earth!

This pillar of Christ is one of the reasons that I left the institutional church, there was no understanding about what the ‘christian’ was or to be in God’s Kingdom! It is this understanding that is being lost in the model of ‘the body’ that has gotten us in this quagmire of a rut. We are continuing to do the same things over and over in our little ‘meetings’ without actually being ‘in the world’, to shine our light.

I am saddened when I do hear from friends or people that are exploited their gains over the years and throwing their enjoyments from sea to shining sea. I say this because I see it. and I hate it. I have been first hand acknowledgment to some of these things in various church’s that I have been in.

One such example was in a church that had a ‘program’ to give everyone this sunday a $25 gift card to ‘do’ what ever they wanted too do with it. The intention was to be an example of ‘the christian’ to ‘give’ to the needy or to make an influence on someone. Although the concept was right, it was not to be done ‘by’ the church, but thru the church by it’s body of believers. It is this that the individual believer is to ‘see’ the need on its daily journey to find and help. This is where the light is shone, and ‘seen’ by the world. Another issue, the one that I see as a real problem, in the institutional church is that ‘they’ cannot see themselves past their noses. There was quite a few people in the congregation that were hurting for money in various ways. Yet, the ‘church’ failed to ‘see’ it. Their a were a few of us that knew of one hurting family that we pooled our gift cards together and gave them to the family.

My belief is really in the concept of the Corporate Body of God, This after all is God’s intention for his creation, but I am in the belief that it is built by that one rock at a time method, Peter being the first rock next to Jesus Christ, the cornerstone. The IC* has failed in doing this or even explained it in all these centuries, thus it is in the condition that it is. My belief in the individual christian(true believer) can be seen as ‘rock’ in the world to show their ‘light’ to whomever comes by, and be a way to stay in the light. God uses this illustration for a reason with Peter for a reason with it being a shadow of meaning for his Body. It was the individual piece of the puzzle that when we build them all together that it builds the body of Christ. Gods scriptures are amazing in showing shadows and goldmines of wisdom in it.

The first example of our vocation is surprise, surprise given to us in the first two chapters of the bible. God creates His world, with man in it,all the beauty and accessories around it with animals, food, and a garden. His instructions is to keep it going, all of the above, forever and ever.

*Institutional Church

fyi -For reference of my past. I am a PK,Preachers Kid, that has been ‘in’ the church realm for 50 years when I left the building. I have been on both sides of fence of being on boards, and in the pew. so I have seen and heard everything.

Get out of the way, Christians!!!

I’m going on a rant.

Look at the world.

Look at the ‘church’.

They are all screwed up!

God’s saying to himself, You getting the hint yet?

Maybe I just seen the disconnect, when I started writing this. We are so messed up in the ‘church’ trying to do the things that we thought were right. When the answer is right in front of us!

I have over the last few years tried to quit using the word ‘church’, and use the word ‘body’ for all the reasons I have stated. Just maybe we have tried to be a ‘church’,an institutional church. which is wrong, but we should be ‘acting’ like a ‘BODY’, because we are connected to the HEAD,Jesus Christ. Plain and simple.

Their is not any connection between God and God’s people. Period. There is not ‘blood’ flowing from the body to the Messiah, God is sending signals all day long, day after day. But we are not on his frequency. We are on our own. We are running God’s plan, His kingdom, His desire, His Love, His Message.

Why?

We are still doing what Adam and Eve started. It is almost like we haven’t read the bible, or we just don’t want to do what God has in-store for us. But we can’t get out of God’s way. I don’t understand it. I really don’t. It’s like how do you not understand what God said to us thru his son,Jesus, ” I WILL BUILD MY BODY, AND I WILL BUILD IT ETERNALLY”.

Until we realize this and change our high horse ways of our thinking that we know better that God the designer and creator of his own world we will continue to all messed up. Let us be the conduit for God not the CPU for God. All of our institutions have tried to do the same thing as the world is doing. They can run the world! Look outside the window of the world and see how that is going! It is a mad, mad, mad world out there with no common sense, brains or ideal what needs to be done.

But it won’t change until we let go of our ideals, ways, churches, institutions, leaders, people. God has told us exactly what our position is supposed to stand at. We are a to be a beacon upon the world, on a hillside, shining our light of God. To be ‘only’ an IMAGE of God. That’s all, that’s all God needs. He is the designer of the world we live in. He knows the ins and outs, the exact speed and distance between the planets, He knows how he made you and me. He knows your name, how many hairs you have on your head. He knows our thoughts. He knows our desires.

The Holy Spirit is here for us, to work thru us to make His BODY!!!

So why don’t we let HIM do His Desire for Us, and make us His Image!!

Where do we go from here, oh Christian?

Up til about fifteen years ago I was in the institutional church, I have since taken it myself to drown myself into the living word of God.

I would only recommend this for only the highly ‘Hang on the word of God’ people because if you are one of these people that are only a sunday sound bit people to ‘live’ your life on, it won’t work. I’m sorry.

My revelation came years ago, when I really started to research particular subjects that were brought up in discussions with christian friends. I would first come home and start looking thru bible references, scriptures, commentaries, video’s, audio’s, YouTube subjects video, christian news, secular news, sermons-ones that I didn’t agree with and some that I did, and finally books, alot of books. As you can tell I am exhaustive in my research, now if this isn’t a sign of deep passion for truth and God, I don’t know what is. I am continuing this after 15 yrs + and still as hungry for the ‘WORD’ as ever. Oh Yeah, did I tell you that I am a PK, a Preachers Kid! This means that I have heard 18 yrs of 52 weeks of sermon a year for 18 yrs before I left for college. This is also not including the revivals, conventions, and all the extra special meetings we had for special events. I have heard alot of ‘Christianity’.

My result of all this had led me to a ‘New Picture’ of the Gospel and what it means to Christianity. Now, most of my friends are within the institutional church and are coming from their individualistic theology of the denomination.Although I do have some outside of the church confines as ‘the same’ beliefs’. I am not a pushy ‘evangelist'( I hate even using that word), but I do state my beliefs. As friends we talk about different themes and stories in the bible and there meanings, we will disagree, we will agree on things but we at least know of another view point that is ‘out there’ for us, if we want to, go and research even more about it. You see it is the hungry ones that will do that exact thing. As I have done, I go straight home and start research it in multiple chapters in the bible, books, video, audio and anything else I can get my hands on.

But where does that even get me, or anyone else by doing this? Just think of it this way, ‘at least your not a bump on a log’ for God. Your that frog that is always hopping for God, here, there, everywhere!! LOL

There has to be a conclusion of a ending to the storyline, someplace. And to what end? We are given a clue. Guess what! Guess where it is? Your right, at the end of the storyline, of and by the writer of the story!! God has all the answers, and has all the ways in which we are to do them.

God has (as does my blog title says the answer) the “ETERNAL PURPOSE. LIFE!!

Now if you were a new christian or even a doubter of God, I would always tell you to start at the beginning of God’s story. Genesis 1-2. Then Stop. Take a week or even a month and just think about these two chapters and listen to what it says. Then when you realize that it is God telling you, and all of mankind that God is wanting you to have “LIFE” and to have it abundantly in His Name. Then you can go on and go slowly into the story that prevails in a human controlled world and see what happens to it, all thru today’s headlines.

When you get to the end of the bible, you will come to the last two chapters of the story. It will tell you how God will and has put it back to rights(this is the phraseology that a author of mine puts it, I think it is the best way to explain it.

God tells us and shows us the final picture of his story and how it is going to be. God, His people, His Kingdom.

and this is where we will end up!

What’s the message,Church?

With times of our society now in the United States we would think that the ‘Church’ would have a dominate universal message to All of it’s people stating what the whole world is facing in their lives

But I have doubts that that is what is happening.

I feel that, it is the same old message of what ever the season is, on what the message is this week. Why can’t the ‘Church’ see the world to use as the actual instrument of what God was pointing to as the crescendo of evil in the world by mankind to rise against it and seeing that God’s reign is there for a purpose. This should be on every ‘preacher’ in the pulpit in every church in the world, every week, every day til Christ comes back to claim His Bride!

Just to make things clear, this is not a U.S. problem, its a world issue. This is to be considered a universal problem of all christianity to realize, it needs to ‘see’ the dark battling the ‘light’. God’s light will shine everywhere, there will not be any darkness to be found! God is Sovereign. God is in control. His people,His kingdom and His Sovereignty will be reality!

God is Good.

Deconstruction

It’s starting over. erasing everything on the paper. tearing your model apart. Start from scratch in the kitchen. breaking your wood project to pieces. clearing your mind.

Re-Reading the Bible from start to finish.

This is actually what is going on in many people minds or philosophies,or even theologies. It seems to be the word in christendom. But I believe that it is almost always done outside of the walls of the church. You see, You might be chastised if you were tell the preacher or an elder that this is not right what we are doing in the church.

It is outside the walls of the church building, that things are being relooked at all levels of christianity. Their has been alot of different avenues of christianity that has been pushed, or thought of as the ‘way’ that the scriptures were pointing us to go. Just in the last 100 yrs their has been 2-3 models that have been instituted thru the name of God, that has never worked out. (this is only for the United States)

Let’s start with the oldest one that started in the 1940-50’s that the small evangelical preacher was supposed to ‘Preach Fire and Brimstone’ upon everyone’s head in those small towns to get them to heaven. This was all the rage. It eventually came to the city, and then was always used in the service to have everybody down at the alter to repent of their sins, and to make sure you would get to heaven, and not hell. People of persuasion were bullying people into Heaven.

Just can’t find this in the scriptures as being used as ‘way’ into Heaven anywhere. (besides being a wrong theology)

The second one is the let’s make a difference thru the church by melding our beliefs into the political arena, so that everyone must conform into it by law or legislation that we pass. This started in the 1980’s and has come crashing down upon us in the last few years. Which we won’t get in to. But it was this thinking that christianity must be inside the government to ‘make’ a difference in the US. This was the way to do it, so they thought.

This again, is nowhere in the scriptures the way that God’s people were to ‘sway’ the gentiles into submission.

Another big thing that was all the rage was the actually BIG CHURCH in the town that ‘everyone’ went to, to emphasized the awesomeness of God in one place by either from the pastor, or from the sheer ‘hugeness’ of the congregation. But this too has died a slow death, once everyone figured out that they felt all ‘alone’ in those 15,000 church’s. Their was no attention to the fellowship of people in the more intimate way of sharing each others lives in a daily basis way.

Again, This is nowhere to be found either in the old testament or new testament!. (Israel’s multitude in the time of the Exile when their people were flourishing, is not an example of this) Especially in the New Testament.

I have said this is many other blogs of mine that we haven’t really focused on the theme of the bible, (or what I call the Eternal Purpose)or the actually Forrest of it, instead of the tree, that we seem to be crazy about.

Why have we not just sat down in our chairs, and just DECONSTRUCT God’s Theology for us. Start at the beginning. After we have destroyed everything that we have used before in our theology. This is a must. No, It is a Command!!

Clear your mind of all previous ways, institutions, traditions, sacraments, or inheritance of beliefs and start from a clean sheet of paper!

Start in reading Genesis, slowly reading everything with the concept of that everything that is going on started with a plan a perfectness of God, it went wrong with the building materials God was using(us), but His plan was to get it back to His original plan. Keep this in mind all the way thru the bible, til the very end, tada, it does!

Start over, Today.

From there to here

What?

What does the title mean? The usual comment that we hear, especially for men on the highway is asking someone how do I get from here to there? This is only after hours of driving around the country in a aimless way, while our wife tells us to stop and ask someone! lol been there done that!!

But this is something different. It is how something from far off, going to come to us? First off, we have alot of questions from this statement. Like, What is coming? From where?, When? How? and Who?

This is exactly what the christian should be focusing on in their studies and understanding of the Passages in Revelations 21-22. This is the picture that will be coming to us in a very methodical and perfect way. It is the economy(word used by Witness Lee for the ways of God) that will be brought to all his people of the world in the rule of God. This is word picture that we should see when we read the passages in Revelation. God has designed this way of eternity just as he did in the very beginning of time as the Garden of Eden scene we read with adam and eve.

What-God’s Kingdom

This is the fullness of God in everything.

If we ‘see’ that the revelation in revelation 21-22 is that of Genesis 1-2,then we must see the same eternal things in both of them. What then should we do then, is to look at Revelations and see what it actually says and portrays as ‘our’ eternal life.

Revelation 21. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among the people, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them,

Revelation 21. 4 and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”

The What is God’s Kingdom, No death, no mourning,no crying or pain, nothing is left from the old world! This is all Great but it is the verse three that should make us shout for joy and excitement for things to come.

“Behold, the tabernacle of God is among the people, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God will be among them”. Now this is Great, and our ultimate goal of eternal purpose. But, But notice something in this verse, notice on how it is said, notice it, because I believe that we have read it so fast, that we missed an important thing.

It’s backwards in how we have perceived it,It is as God is coming to us,not us coming to him. God tabernacling of God is among us,He will dwell(live) with us, God will be among us. Our perception on our desolate earth is for us to ‘Go'( Church)to Him, It is obvious that in the New Jerusalem that it actually says that there is not temple(this should be our first clue, that we are doing things wrong, we are to be striving for the end result of our destiny in God! We should be first realizing that it is God’s people in the world, not God’s people in the building, that people will ‘See’ Him!

It is the ‘What’ that I feel must happen first in the christian paradigm of the eternal purpose of God. This must be the first change in the paradigm of God’s people, it is the ‘seeing’ this that will make things change and change fast for the world and the christians!

God’s economy,or paradigm,New Jerusalem, or the Kingdom of God, whatever you want to call it, is coming into our man made world to save it, and bring into His own. This is the What. It is coming!

I will blog on the ‘How’ tomorrow.

Are you being controlled by the Old covenant or the new covenant?

It’s time. Yes, it is time that all christians stand back and look at our ways. Our ways on christianity. What are they and Why?

What things do you have instituted in your life or the life of your community that you are a part of? Go and re look at the things of the old covenant and see if the things of the old covenant of the Israelite’s from God are the things that you are in sync with either in your personal way or the corporate way of you are worshiping God.

If you haven’t noticed in the story of the old covenant, there is no mention of this being a way to salvation for anyone. Even if all the people would of been able to adhere to the commandments they would not of been ‘saved’!

Now, go to the new covenant and look at the beliefs of the New Kingdom and New Creation that God has created thru us. Look at all the beliefs, ways, and actions of this new covenant. This paradigm of God and his new life in his people is the journey that has led us to the eternal purpose, which is the things told to us in Revelation 21-22. There is a connection between the story of the new covenant and the end of the story in Revelation.

This is very, very important to remember(the last sentence of last paragraph), if the things that you seem to think are important to your fellowship, worship, rituals, traditions, or beliefs do not coincide with the journey to chapter 21 and 22 of Revelations, then those things need to be re-looked at if these things are the wrong path to go down to get to this paradigm.

To many institutions have gone down this path, to lead us to the wrong beliefs, practices, traditions, and worship to get us to our goal. This is where it is up to us and us alone to read the scriptures and seek out the truth of the Lord, to get us to the eternal purpose!!

Go,Now and search the scriptures and see the New Covenant and go to the New Kingdom of God!!

Destroy this temple, and I will raise it up in three days!

This proclamation by Jesus was so profound to the people around Jesus at the time in so many ways, that the ramifications of it can still be felt today!

We didn’t see then or now?

If we can just go back to the scene of the ‘words’ of Christ and take them one at a time to understand them. This is again, a testament to the reading ways of the literal readings of black and white. We have to go deeper into the words and the meanings and most importantly, context.

John 2:19–21 (NASB95)
19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”
20 The Jews then said, “It took forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?”
21 But He was speaking of the temple of His body.

To stay in context with these verses we have to also look at how we got here. The Jews(ones within the Jewish hierarchy) were in discussion with Jesus in the moment of Him destroying the temple business’s that were in the temple yard. The question that was asked of Jesus “on who’s authority are you doing this?” This seems to be a straight forward question for anyone, right? But Jesus comes back with lightning bolt of an answer of “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up!” Wow. They weren’t expecting that!

So Jesus tells the ‘Jews’ to destroy this temple(Jersusalem) and I will raise it up in three days!. Jesus will put it all back together after the jews destroy it(which no doubt would take them years to do it you think about it,in the physical sense), but was He talking about the physical sense in the first part of the sentence? I believe that He was, because this is what only the Jews knew and expected of God, the reality of the things in front of them. It was a majestic site to be seen, the Temple of Jerusalem, The Temple of the one and only God.

But it was proclaimed by Jesus, to tear it down! Why, would they do it? It was because it was being marred by unholiness in the ways of His people. It was dirty. It was Unholy by the people and by their institutional ways. This had to be changed. It had to be Holy.

Jesus was Holy. Jesus had authority to change it. He ‘was’ the Temple. He was greater than the temple. The Temple was in Him, of Him. Anything that was associated with Him pointed to the Temple!

The temple of Jerusalem was to die, in less than 40 years later, to prove His point. But the exclaimation that really made the point was when Jesus hung on the cross of death, and three days later rose to the world’s morning sun, to proclaim that something better than the temple of Jerusalem was now in use. Jesus Christ! Christ is something new and better than the Temple of the old covenant.

Everyone, Everyone in Christ is now the Temple of God. We are all one. Colossians 3. 11 Proclaims that ‘All in Christ are Everything’. The Temple of the ‘old ways is under the old covenant, the new one is in ‘Christ the Messiah’.

Let us ‘see’ this in the scriptures as we delved into the scriptures of just not the words, but the meaning of them. Let us not continue the traditions of old, but let us just ‘SEE’ Jesus!

It’s not working folks!

*This is something that has been on my heart for awhile, I just had to speak out on it! Let me know what you think!?

I am a PK. A Preachers kid. My father has left this life, to be with God. He was a Great Man,Father, and Pastor, He was a teaching pastor. I grew up in the faith, the ‘church’ with a good experience thru my childhood. It was a life that I knew that was the thing that I just went along with no reservations.

My remembrance of anything that was detrimental or catastrophic in my journey as a PK is nil. Grant you all I was doing it seems was just soaking everything that my father and mother were preaching, my opinion was still being formed in my mind. It wasn’t until a little later, that I have formed my opinions and my theology.

This is going to really sound like a scathing report on christianity or the ‘church’, and it is. But there are reasons for this.

Let me start by saying that some things have led to my ‘report’ on the ‘church’ as we know it. It has been some personal things over the last 15-20 years that I have been noticing with the failure of the church, in not of an individual church but of the church itself.

*When I talk about the ‘church’, I am talking about the institution of the ‘church’*

I have said that I have ‘lived’ the ‘church’ for over 50 years in the way that people do now. It was when I started to question of ‘Doing the things that they say that they do’. In the New Covenant there is only two ‘laws’ Love your God,Love your neighbor. The first relates to the second and second relates to the first. It is ‘all in all’. There is a disconnect between the actions of the believer and the rest of the believers in their actions.

What I am trying to say is, If we are a child of God it is a natural instinct of God’s people to sense or ‘to know’ when or what is wrong with our fellow believers. Our needs, hurts, desires, loves or loneliness. It is the Spirit that dwells within us that speaks to us when we can’t speak for us or for others. It is ‘not’ the so called institutional group of the ‘pastor’,leader, or committee to find out a need that we have to get a group together to ‘fix’ the issue. This is not the instructions that we have received from God, It is God in us that gives that ‘natural’ being of doing the job of need.

The ‘church’ has long established the need for people to take care of each other when in need, for anything! For people of the church, and for a special circumstance people of interest or locally. When we fail at doing this at the personal level, of knowing people from the ‘church’, and still not taking care of the ones we ‘socialize’ with or our so called fellowship that we talk about, doesn’t work itself into the actual result of actions. When we fail to do this in the early stages of a church and continue to fail to do this, this results in a plethora of failures with God’s servants that are left alone or hurt.

I have personal experiences in this tragedy that goes on a regular basis in churches. It is the always reiterated to me that it isn’t this way, that the ‘church’ always takes care of ‘needs’ when they are told of such things. But it is the more intimate ones that are falling thru the cracks that are not taken care, because it is not ‘seen’ or ‘felt’ or ‘heard’ from the more intimate relationship that one has when they are in more close knit community of people that bound by a daily and closeness life.

The failure of not ‘seeing’ the need in the older people with pain in their lives, let alone the needs of the people all around us in our neighborhoods and communities. I have been ‘preaching'(voicing my concern for this), which has meant that it isn’t that the ‘church’ just doesn’t care or doesn’t have the ‘program’, or they have the ‘programs’ but it is to far removed from the problem that it just doesn’t work. I have personally seen this in my years of being the ‘PK’ and also being in the pews or from being on a boards of churches. It just doesn’t work!

This is why I have searched and re-read the scriptures and Listened to the Lord to see what God’s Eternal Purpose Is!

God came to his people, forgave them, gave them ‘A New Life’ of Holiness in and thru the Messiah for All His Creation! It is in the paradigm, that the ‘church’ is to be different, different in the world, not to of the world but in the world to be that ‘differentness’ that the world will smile and say that is for me! It will be the difference maker that will bring the nations to God to bow down on their knees to proclaim that God is King, and King of All.
