Oh My!

Bible is amazing! I am daily ‘seeing’ things in my reading or listening to scripture. I will sometime listen to someone on a certain subject and there is another tidbit of insight to something else I may have been studying and it pieces them together to make it understood!

I in this year have seen or heard alot more of this in everything that I do, it is letting me take everything in to consideration when I am studying. I came across something today, that did exactly that for me. I am always bringing something up in a biblical or a worldly manner that tie each other together to form God’s hand in His eternal purpose for Us!

What I also have perceived that christians have failed in their responsibility to ‘know’ the scriptures. I am a believer in the Corporate identity of God’s people, but I also see the individualism or of small groups deeply studying the word. We have failed to ‘see’ things in the scripture, just as the Pharisee’s, or the scribes did not actually ‘knowing’ what the word means into what God is really about or what He was really doing in the lives of the Jews and the gentiles.

I believe that the train has left the station and is getting up to speed to make it to it’s destination! Hallelujah!! Let us strive for Wisdom in God to continue this Journey!!

Brother, lend me your ear

I find it worrisome, that many of our brethren(sisters,too) are afraid of being,talking, or discussing theology, if it is not of the same theology as theirs.

Any bible reading person knows that this is so wrong in so many ways.

But my question is “Why”?

Are we not led to ‘listen’ to our fellow man,christian, or non-christian for wisdom to their ears?

I find this sorta ironic when someone is stern with the coming of the christians to a building to discuss God, but you cannot on the ‘outside’ of the walls of the building!

It is in this “Evangelical” crowd(which seems to be fading, good!) that has always pushed the ‘witnessing’ of people to the inth degree, that has baffled me, in their earnestness of accomplishing this knowledge.

I am, I think one of very few(at least, around me) that loves talking bible,God, eternal purpose with anyone, anytime, and anywhere. I have picked this ‘fun’ thing to stimulate me in the ways of the Lord in the past 20 years. My thirst for ‘wisdom’ has been thru the bible, videos,talks,lectures, blogs, in-person, youtube, and alot of books(the # changes weekly,lol)

I sometimes wonder, if the average christian is thinking,searching God on a daily basis? I do not see it as a burden or stupid or just weird, I see it as “getting to know my God as personally as I can”.

How often do you spend with God?

How do you spend time with God?

Can your friends tell you are different in asking,searching, studying or reading about God?

Give me some feedback on how and what you do to get closer to God?

Buellor,Buellor?

Everyone in the U.S. should know who this is in reference too. But for those who don’t, it is from a movie where a high school student is always skipping class from this one teacher to do things that he would rather do, than go to his class.

Just thought I would throw this out to all who follow the blog if you have any questions or topics you would like me to write about or would like any information on biblical topics, or discussions on anything related to these things. Finding out what everyone is coming from in their experiences to the bible or to following God in his eternal purpose is always interesting to me to hear how people know the Lord.

Just comment on one of the blogs and I will answer back or we can just get a conversation going to find where we stand. I would really like to hear from people from all around the world to what they believe and why. So let me know, Let’s chat!!

God filled people

I am serious.

about almost everything.

But mostly about God,Jesus,Holy Spirit and God’s word.

What I have noticed with alot of people who are said christians, is their lack of understanding that there are other people around them or around the world that are very deep and digging christians for the truth. The dismissing of anyone that only quote or read other references of authors or what I especially respect the ones that are in academia, that it is their ‘LIFE’ to continue to search the word for the answers.

I am one of those people that can search and study a principle, a question, a baffling statement, a theme, or anything else thrown at me all day long. I will also follow a blogger with multiple blogs with a theory or statement, and just read all the ‘for’ and ‘against’ rebuttals to the said problem and just see the angles that everyone comes from and check out their views. All day long, if I don’t catch myself.

What I am saying is that there are alot of God believing people out there that know things, with the knowledge of God and the bible. Just ‘Listen’, or read what the say and learn. The truth will show itself, or the opposite will be heard or read and you will know it.

Just as the Jewish community was doing in their daily lives is reading the torah. But remember it is not just reading it but ‘know’ what it means thru God’s mind and wisdom.

Change

My situation is fluid with some of the things that I am involved in, things are always changing on me, but I have decided to make it even more chaotic on myself.

I have decided to go back and restart the book that I had started three years ago, and see if I can maybe finish it within a year. There is alot of groundwork to be done, but I have the premise and the outline to work off of to get it going. It is the finding the time to squeeze in the time and effort to do this seems to be the missing piece for me.

I am also going to continue blogging with a more urgent need to do this on a daily basis. I, now more than ever see the need to continue my path of ‘God’s Kingdom’ being shared as I see it as really starting to take hold in the world.(It may not look like it, but it is a grass roots effort that is building as we speak)

So bear with me as I push myself to reach the goals and to push the message out to all that will ‘listen’. Please continue to follow me and read the posts that I put out, it is coming from the word of the scriptures. We will journey thru this new ‘Revelation’ to ‘see’ God’s ‘Kingdom’ as we go.

I am planning to work on 3-4 blogs a week with also on the book work. I will give you updates on the book as I go. With some teasors that will keep you interested!

church=little c -the building

what would we do if there was no building to go to? on sunday, or any day? How would we act? Would we be lost? would we just go to another building?

Think about it. What would you do? We do? Could you function without going somewhere on a particular day? See your friends? Sing a song or two? Listen to ‘one’ person talk?

Just wondering……………………………………………………. maybe you  should too!
